Julie Stevens Portraits

Pencil & Oil Commissions: juliestevensportraits@gmail.com. I work meticulously to capture likeness and personality. Years of drawing and painting classes taught me the importance of the lighting setup. I prefer coming to your location to take reference photos. After the likeness is captured, I slowly work to develop a classical style, not a photorealistic copy. Graphite portraits take 2 weeks. Oil portraits take 4 weeks. This unique gift for yourself or a loved one will last for generations.
